The short version
Be an adult (or shop with one), use the site honestly, and know that what we promise you is exactly what's on the Shipping & Returns page: free U.S. shipping on your first order and a 30-day money-back guarantee. The rest of this page exists to keep both of us out of strange situations.
Who we are
WanderPaws is a woman-owned brand founded on a simple mission: to rid the world of thirsty dogs. When these terms say "we," that's who we are. By using this site or placing an order, you're agreeing to these terms.
Using the site
You need to be 18 or older to place an order, or use the site with a parent or guardian's involvement. Use it like a person, not a bot: no scraping, no attempting to break things, no using the site for anything unlawful.
Orders and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars, and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we send your confirmation and dispatch your order. We can cancel an order — with a prompt, full refund — if we suspect fraud, if there's a clear pricing or listing error, or if we can't ship to the address given.
Shipping and risk
Shipping works exactly as described on our Shipping & Returns page, which is part of these terms. If your order is lost or arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we'll replace it or refund it — we don't leave you holding the bag on delivery problems.
Returns and our guarantee
Our warranty to you is the 30-Day Happy Dog Guarantee, exactly as described on our Shipping & Returns page: 30 days from delivery, any reason, money back, no return shipping required, one claim per household.
Discount codes and promotions
One discount code per order. Codes have no cash value, can't be applied to past orders, and promotions can be changed or ended at any time. Our review credit works like this: we offer a small credit for an honest review — positive or negative, the credit is the same either way. If you received a credit, say so in your review; honest disclosure is a condition of the program.
Reviews and things you send us
If you submit a review, photo, or message, you're confirming it's yours, it's honest, and it doesn't violate anyone's rights — and you're giving us permission to display it with your first name or initials in our store and marketing. Ask us to take yours down anytime and we will.
Using the product
The bottle is for offering water (and, on the Combo, food) to pets. Hand-wash it, check it now and then, and stop using it if it's cracked or damaged. Anything on this site or in our guides about heat, hydration, or dog health is general information, not veterinary advice — your vet always wins.
Our content
The text, photos, logo, and design of this site belong to us or our licensors. Enjoy them here; don't reuse them commercially without asking.
The legal-limits part
Beyond the 30-Day Happy Dog Guarantee, the site and products are provided "as is" to the fullest extent the law allows, and our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us for the order in question. Some states don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you — nothing here takes away rights the law says you keep.
If something goes wrong between us
Email us first: support@wanderpaws.org. We answer, and nearly everything gets solved in one or two emails. Failing that, these terms are governed by the laws of Idaho, and disputes belong to the courts located there.
Changes
We can update these terms; the date at the top tells you when we last did. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
