The short version
Your first order ships free. After that, U.S. shipping is a flat $5.95. Orders leave the warehouse in 1 to 3 business days and arrive 5 to 11 business days after that. You have 30 days from delivery to get your money back if it's not right, for any reason, and we won't make you ship anything back.
Where we ship
Everywhere in the United States, including all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We don't ship internationally yet. If you're outside the U.S. and want a bottle, email us at support@wanderpaws.org and we'll let you know the moment that changes.
What shipping costs
Your first order ships free, no minimum. After that, U.S. shipping is a flat $5.95 per order, shown at checkout before you pay. There's one shipping speed, so there's nothing to choose between.
How long it takes
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery takes another 5–11 business days after that, so most orders arrive 6–14 days door to door. The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number.
Why not two-day shipping?
Fair question. We're a small, new brand, and orders ship directly from our fulfillment partner's warehouse. That's how a twist-lock bottle with free first-order shipping stays under $35 — the trade is that delivery takes days, not hours. We'd rather tell you that here than surprise you in the mail. If your walks can't wait, order before the heat wave, not during it.
Changed your mind, or typo'd your address?
Email us at support@wanderpaws.org within 12 hours of ordering and we'll cancel for a full refund or fix the address. After 12 hours your order is usually already moving — but the 30-day guarantee below has you covered either way.
If it arrives damaged, wrong, or not at all
Damaged or wrong item: email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or a full refund — your choice. Lost in transit: if tracking hasn't moved for 10 days, or says "delivered" and there's nothing at your door, email us and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
The 30-Day Happy Dog Guarantee
You have 30 days from the day tracking says your order arrived. If the bottle leaks, if your dog snubs it, if it just isn't the bottle that ends up living by your door — email support@wanderpaws.org with your order number and one line about what went wrong. That's it. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. To keep the guarantee alive for everyone, it's limited to one claim per household.
